Ryan Slate is recognized nationally as one of the fastest rising Real Estate Entrepreneurs. With over 12 Years in the Business he has worked with almost every top Investor / Guru in the Country. His ability to understand Real Estate market trends led to the development of the Short Sale Advantage system which comes from literally growing up his whole life in the Real Estate business.

Growing up in Western New York Ryan worked with his father who owns a great deal of rental properties. He would spend countless hours helping him clean, paint, remodel, market and rent apartment homes. By the age of 19, he had saved enough money to buy a duplex. After rehabbing the property, the apartments were rented out and generated enough income to pay for his college education.

After graduating with a degree in finance from the State University of New York in Fredonia, he left to pursue a Real Estate career in Florida. Ryan landed in Tampa and assisted hundred of investors in growing their Real Estate portfolios. He also worked with most of the major developers building homes during Florida’s housing boom.

In 2003, Slate Estates Inc. was formed to manage the properties in his portfolio and for his clients. During the housing boom Ryan would often tell those around him about the Foreclosure boom that was to follow. He attended all the foreclosure seminars and boot camps to prepare for the huge change in the market.

Ryan teamed up with several of the top foreclosure/short sale experts in the country and worked with them, hand and hand for a couple years. He then developed his own system for helping distressed homeowners get out from under while taking advantage of discounts offered by lenders.

In less than three years, the Short Sale Advantage has rescued hundreds of homeowners. Ryan has taken on a great deal of students and is very proud of the success they have achieved. Nothing rivals the feeling that he gets when one of his students closes on their first deals and send him referrals and testimonials on their success.
